A career advisor with a keen interest in technology, Dave works with students and recent alumni on job search strategies, career exploration, resume preparation, graduate school applications, and interview preparation. Dave has a particular interest in helping students prepare to meet their professional goals, and in building strong partnerships with employers to help them meet their hiring needs.
Dave is a Master of Education graduate from Kent State University’s Higher Education Administration & Student Personnel program, with an undergraduate degree in English and Theatre from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.
Dave works as an assistant director in the Smith Career Center at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Prior to his position at Bradley, Dave previously served as a career advisor at Ashland University, resident director and graduate assistant at the University of Mount Union, an intern at the American University in Bulgaria, and an admission counselor at Saint Xavier University.
Dave is also an active user of open-source software and works to give back to the open-source community however he can.
Dave lives in Peoria, Illinois with his two servers and various devices.
